...We came, we saw, we conquer the MUNICIPALITY OF HINOBAAN!

...Its been almost 1 month and 5 days since my last post, kinda busy, couldn't find time for another post though I've got a lot of things on my mind!Let me just start with a new adventure. I happened to not post any pictures since we didn't bring a camera :)

...Arrived at South Terminal around 4pm don't know where to go together with Sheila and our new  recruit "Chay Mameng" (I'ts a long story on how she got her name..haha). We just happen to choose between three available busses going to Canlaon CIty, Dumaguete City and Municipality of Hinobaan .After a short deliberation on what route to take we chooses the Municipality of  Hinobaan its simply a random picking and neither of us happened to set foot on that place!hahaha...

...At exactly 4:30pm the bus sets its way to Hinobaan for a five hour ride, kinda excited and a little bit nervous since its our first time on that place plus the fact that we don't know anyone in there and it's getting late!hahaha...chatting while on the bus makes the ride pleasurable.

...We have a stop over at Binalbagan City and we happen to bump with Nang Princess, She is our schoolmate back in College and my officemate now...a little chat and then we set our trail to our next stop at Kabankalan City.

...Kabankalan City is where my cravings for ice cream ended!hahaha...a little walk on their terminal while having some ice cream sum up our stop over at Kabankalan City.

...For almost 15 minutes of staying in Kabankalan City we then are heading to our real destination: The Municipality of Hinobaan. Actually we happened to past almost 3 cities or Municipality I think, namely: Ilog, Cauayan and Sipalay and then the last is the Municipality of Hinobaan for almost 3 hours. Whew!

...At exactly 9:30pm we arrived at the terminal of Hinobaan, with nowhere to go and hungry since we haven't eaten anything except for some curls and ice cream we set foot to their Municipality Proper which is only a few blocks away from the terminal.

...Funny but it was only 9:30pm but the streets are so quiet, well except for some who are having a good time.desperately looking for some resto where we can eat that we happen to pass by at "Lorna's Bigasan" and luckily they are having some inasal. We stop and have some chit-chat and after a few talks manong Jaime found it amusing that we have travel almost five hours just for some adventure considering the fact that we are all girls and its kinda late and we don't know anyone.hahaha..He offer us a help and a safe place to stay since he don't want us to just roam around the Municipality.

...After our dinner manong Jaime told dodoy his helper to accompany us for a tour in their small municipality. And speaking of small its kinda amusing that their municipality covers only a very small area that even the Lagoon here in Bacolod seems bigger.

...We have a trip at their little Municipality, Church, pass by at their Police Station, at their Public Market which is well maintained, clean and orderly and the last is at the beach which is only a few meters away from the Municipality proper.

...Really love the beach. Seems so peaceful. Their sand is somewhat different, its color is brown and I happen to bring for my aquarium!hehehe...we play for a while at the beach and then go back to Manong Jaime's place.

...We have a chat about life, love, school and many more with Manong Jaime. Kinda fascinating how Filipinos are truly hospitable. We didn't know Manong Jaime same as he didn't know us but after knowing our agenda for that night he offer us some help and a tour plus some foods. This shows how Filipinos are helpful and not only people form Hinobaan but generally all Filipinos since we have experienced it a lot of time every time we travel at places we haven't set our trails.

...We have promise that we are going to come back on that place and have a long trip this time together with the group since we haven't invited them!hehehe...we left the place at exactly 3:30 am.

...Hinobaan Municipality is such a beauty for an adventure. Although its a long travel from Bacolod City but still, it was worth the wait. It may not have a good view along the way unlike Don Salvador Benedicto but the place itself is enjoyable and welcoming! We have promise to come back and enjoy longer hours on that place and I wish Ralph was with us! :)
